Except for single and 6 sessions, and other services, fifty Percent (50%) down payment upon acceptance of this proposal, 20% payable on the 6th session, 20% payable on the 10th session, and 10%payable on the 12th session.

Transportation costs will be covered for the first (distance such as: 10 miles) or within (location), in excess of (distance such as: 10 miles) or outside (location), clients will be charged with [amount] per [distance].
