Secure Backups

Every 30 days, Company Name will produce a comprehensive backup of your website. All backups will be kept on a local server that is secure.

Content Updates

Company Name will publish fresh content for your web pages and blogs as you generate it, along with any accompanying photos, to your site. When we post new content, we will also update meta tags for SEO purposes.

We will also make minor adjustments to the copy, pictures, or layout of your website at your request, as long as the modifications do not require us to update more than 25% of your website in a given month. If more extensive adjustments are required, a statement of work with separate pricing for website design services will be developed.

Script/Program Updates

At your request and as needed to maintain site performance and security, we will add or edit scripts, programmes, and software. Any upgrades that will modify more than 25% of your website in a given month, like content updates, will necessitate a separate statement of work for website design services.

24/7 Website Monitoring

Company Name will keep an eye on your site for security flaws and outages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any website difficulties will be reported to Template within one hour of their occurrence, and they will be resolved as promptly as feasible. The time it takes for website maintenance issues, such as security breaches and outages, to be resolved varies based on the exact factors of each incident.

Simply sign electronically in the spaces below to agree and accept the website maintenance plan. You can download a copy of this proposal for your records, and you will get an initial invoice within 24 hours. For the next 11 months, you will receive invoices every 30 days. All invoices must be paid within 20 days of Template's receipt.
