Bulk Update Sales Quote Status
When a Sales Consultant is sending many sales quotes to customers, if left untidy, the Sales Quote Dashboard can become full of sales quotes that have not eventuated in a successful sale. The Sales Quote Dashboard is a handy tool to quickly select multiple sales quotes and update the status to Lost in one easy operation.
On the left of the Sales Quote Dashboard, there is a Row Selection check box, as shown below.
Tick the checkbox for each sales quote that you would like to change the status to Lost, as shown in the example below.
Click on the Actions button, as shown below.
Select the option Mark Selected as Lost.
Select the Reason Lost using the drop-down options available, as shown below.
Click on the Mark as Lost button, and the operation will be complete.
