Deleting PDF documents from your PDF Content Library
If you would like to delete PDF documents from your PDF content library, follow these simple steps.

From the Sales Quote Dashboard, click on the Content Libraries menu, and select the option PDF.
You will now see your PDF content library.
If you would like to delete more than one PDF document at a time, click on the check box on the left of the row, as shown in our example below.
After selecting the PDF's to delete, now click on the Delete button (bottom left of the screen).
You will be asked to confirm you want to delete the selected PDF files from your PDF content library. Please note this action cannot be undone.
Click on Ok to confirm you want to delete the PDF files.
Alternatively, if you only need to delete one PDF document from your PDF library, click on the down arrow on the action menu (on the right of the Edit button). Select the Delete option.
