How To Add A Hyperlink To A Product Image In A Sales Quote Price Table
Including images in sales quotes not only helps provide your client with a visual reference of the products/services but also allows hyperlinking to useful external links such as more descriptive product pages on your website, case studies, testimonials, etc.
Hyperlinking on product images can be done at the company level from within the Product Library Catalogue, or individually within the Sales Quote Editor. Both processes are outlined in the steps below.
Hyperlinking in the Product Library
From the QuoteCloud Dashboard, click on Content Library and select Products.
Click Edit for the product item you wish to update.
Each product image can have its own individual hyperlink. Hover over the image you wish to add an external link to, and click the Link Icon, as shown below.
Simply enter the external URL in the link field and select OK to save.
Hyperlinking in the Sales Quote Editor
To check, edit, or add a hyperlink to a product image from within the Sales Quote Editor, hover over the product image and click on the Link Icon, as shown below.
Enter in the external URL in the link field and click Save.
When viewing in PDF mode, the product image will display a hand icon if hyperlinked and if clicked will open up the link in a new window.
If the product image is not hyperlinked, it will display a magnifying glass when hovered over, which will bring up the image gallery viewer if clicked.
