How To Add / Remove A Table Of Contents To Your Document
The flexibility to be able to include or hide content from one sales quote to the next is very important when dealing with a range of customers and their needs. QuoteCloud makes this very easy, even when using the same template for each sales quote.Â
In the below screenshot, the PDF Viewer is showing all content sections (tabs).

If in some cases, you wish to not include a Table of Contents, the below steps outline how to show/hide this from your sales quote.
When in the Sales Quote Editor, all content sections are shown by the tabs on the lefthand side. The Table of Contents tab has a toggle switch that can be clicked to either show or hide that section. The toggle will display an eye icon if the section is visible, as shown below.
To hide a content section, simply click the toggle and the tab will display diagonal lines and the eye icon will be crossed out. Any tabs that appear as below will not be visible in the PDF Viewer.
Now the Table of Contents visibility toggle is switched off in the Sales Quote Editor, the content is now hidden in the PDF Viewer, as shown below compared to the first screenshot.
