How To Upload A Cover Page Background Image In A Sales Quote
Cover pages are an important part of your sales quote document. They establish a strong first impression for your customer. Not only does the cover page contain the document title and other information, but it also serves as a strong visual opportunity by including an image to represent your company, industry, or that of your clients.
Setting the cover page image is an option when creating a new document or template, however, a cover page image can also be uploaded during the editing of a sales quote by following the below steps.
When in the Sales Quote Editor, either navigate to the Cover Page tab, or from anywhere in the document, click on More in the right-hand menu and select Cover Settings, as shown below.
From the Cover Page options, click on the Upload icon to choose the background image from your device.
Once uploaded, crop the image to match the dimensions and layout of the sales quote by dragging the dotted outline to the height / width required, and move the image to display the preferred section. Click Save once cropping is complete.
The uploaded image will now appear as the background for your Cover Page.
