Change the Currency of a Sales Quote

This user guide explains how a Sales Consultant can choose to Remove the tax that is automatically applied to a price item in a sales quote price table.

QuoteCloud has a special feature to add an "additional fee" to price line items, an example where this is useful could be where a product or service is sold, but there is a set-up or administration charge when purchasing that item.

When using repeating costs in your sales quotes (for example daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual prices) by default QuoteCloud will group these costs separately from one-off charges, as shown below.

When you create a price table in a sales quote, you are able to hide unwanted columns and price table totals, along with a number of other settings available for sales quote price tables.

Many companies never use repeating charges.  So that your sales consultants are not presented with the features for repeating charges, it is possible to switch them off
