Hiding Content in the PDF Format of Sales Quotes

QuoteCloud makes formatting the design and layout of sales quotes as customisable as possible to suit your business's needs. The ability to adjust row heights is one of these useful formatting options as it creates set spacing to the page limits for each tab content when viewing as PDF.

Sometimes you may want to hide content on the PDF format only, for example you create content that suites the web (HMTL) view only. 

The PDF version of your sales quote is different to the web page version that a customer opens when they receive a quote from QuoteCloud. Learn how to add page headers and footers.

The reason we have a PDF format of Sales Quotes exists is mainly due to printing requirements, however we may need to add break breaks at sensible points in your PDF sales quote format.

You may on occassion wish to create content in the Sales Quote Editor that does not appear when your customer views the sales quote.  For example, you may create a spreadsheet to perform calculations that should not show in the document that your customer reads; or you might create a block of text that is for your internal use, perhaps notes, instuctions or assumptions for your own use.  In this user guide topic, you can learn how to hide content in a sales quote.
