Adding a Levy to a price line item
A levy is a financial mechanism used by government to raise funds for specific purposes, it can used for taxes such as Sales Tax, Property Tax, Import Tariffs; or special purpose levies such as Environmental Levies, User Fees, Fuel Levy, etc. It is calculated as a percentage added to the price of a line item. Standard Tax (if enabled above) is then applied on top of the levied price.
