Adding a Subtotal to a Price Table
Subtotals are a great way to group the sections of your price table/s. You can add price line items to a sales quote price table and then group price line items to summarise up to a sub-heading.
Click on the + button and select Pricing Table.
Add line items with the Add Price Row button.
Alternatively, you can import products from your catalogue. Select Products, then drag and drop items to your price table.
Click on the Add Section Heading button.
Note: Grouping of line items will start on the active line item. To activate/choose which line item will the sub-heading start, click on the line item description. In the example below, sub-heading will start at "Product 2".
You will now see a sub-heading above the line item that was active, as shown below.
To show the Sub-Heading options, hover over the sub-header bar and click on the three dots to the right of the row. The options will then be displayed. Select the Subtotal checkbox.
By clicking on the Preview button, you will now see the price line items show on the sales quote as the recipient would see it, and the total of the price line items is totalled in the sub-heading with the line items displaying below.
