Installing the QuoteCloud Workflow Plugin

The workflow plugin allows your company to implement a workflow process for sales consultants, whereby you can choose to set an approval procedure for some sales consultants.

Customer reminders can be automatically sent based on two events; a) the recipient of a sales quote has not opened their sales quote to read it. b) the recipient of a sales quote has read their sales quote, but has not approved it.

When the workflow plugin is used to setup for required approval of sales quotes by a manager prior to being sent to a customer, all sales quotes will require approval for those users set-up to request approvals.  It may be a preferred option to only require approval is a discount is applied to a sales quote.  This user guide explains how to setup this configuation.
