Setup Manager Approval Process
The Workflow Plugin allows your company to implement a workflow process for sales consultants, whereby you can set an approval procedure for some sales consultants. When creating/editing users that are sales consultants, you can choose to set another QuoteCloud user that must approve a quote before it can be sent to a customer.
To use the workflow approval, you must first update the configuration of the users that must obtain approval before being allowed to send a sales quote to a customer.
Click on the Configuration menu, and then click on the Manage Users and Roles option.

Now you have subscribed to the Workflow Approval plugin; you will see a new tab called Workflow. Click on the Workflow Tab.
Click into the Proposal Approval User(s) field and select one or more users from the list of available QuoteCloud users. The users you select from this list will be the people who can approve a sales quote for this user you are editing.
After selecting the correct approval users, click Save.
